M.A.D.E. in Ashland - presented by Neos Dance Theatre - brings artists together to highlight Music, Art, Dance, & Education during a week-long residency culminating in a multimedia performance at Archer Auditorium.

 

Featured guest artists:

  • Kelly Knowlton and band, including area drummer Steve Berry, Paul Martin, jazz bassist, Jeff Boyd (trumpet), and Jacob Campbell (piano), 

  • Chip Stephens, world renowned Jazz Pianist. Ashland Native.

  • Sarah Cyders, guest dancer and Artistic Director of Ashland Regional Ballet, 

and the Neos dancers.

Participating Ashland High School groups:

  • Sing & Swing under the direction of Kimberly Wolbert.

  • Members of the Ashland Arrows Marching Band low brass section under the direction of Marty Kral. 

  • Ashland Jazz Band under the direction of Neil Ebert. 

 

Also, 2016 Ohio Heritage Fellowship Award winner and local artist blacksmith Barry Wheeler, and Ohio Arts Council award winner and local textile/fabric artist Barbara Morejon
